Halimatou Shaadia Diallo (born 20 November 1996 in Conakry, Guinea) is a woman with many talents.
Graduated with two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Law, as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, she has managed to combine her career as a model, her entrepreneurial activities and her social commitment.
Crowned second dolphin of Miss Guinea Morocco 2019 and Miss Summer International in 2019 and 2020, she has also been named ambassador of the organic product brand Ahlam dream.

From an early age, Halimatou was filled with an insatiable thirst for learning. After completing her primary education at Ibrahima Baba Kaké School, she continued her schooling at Lycée 02 October, where she earned her bachelor's degree with brilliance.
Far from stopping so far, she then obtained two degrees at La Source University, one in Business Administration and the other in Business Law.
However, his appetite for knowledge did not stop there. Halimatou left Guinea for Morocco, where she received vocational training in entrepreneurship, a skill that she had already begun to develop in Guinea with the Be The Change Academy.
Her career then led her to Belgium, where she obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Namur.
Professionnal career
Halimatou's career path is as rich and diverse as his academic path. In 2019, she won the second dolphin title of Miss Guinea Morocco, a distinction that enabled her to be named Guinean ambassador of the organic product brand Ahlam dream.
Alongside his studies in Belgium, Halimatou also embraced a modeling career. Taking advantage of her leave, she returned to Morocco to undertake internships, including at Christian-meublé, a multinational furniture and decoration company, where she held the position of Human Resources Assistant.
But that's not all! Halimatou also won the crown of Miss Summer International in 2019 and 2020 in the Philippines.
In 2019, she was also honoured Top Africa in front of African candidates and finished second dolphin in the Miss Guinea Morocco beauty contest.
Commitment
Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Halimatou is driven by a profound social commitment. In 2018, she had the idea of creating an NGO fighting depigmentation, in collaboration with her friends on social networks.
Today, she proudly chairs VOLUCOD (Volunteers to Fight Depigmentation), an initiative that aims to raise public awareness of the dangers of this practice and to promote self-acceptance.
